Meet The Founder

Victoria Capinpin Roberts

My name is Victoria Capinpin Roberts and I was born and raised in Dagupan City, Pangasinan, Philippines. I studied civil engineering and dreamed of making a difference in the world through my work. In 1991, I decided to migrate to Canada to pursue my dreams and seek better opportunities.

After settling in Canada, I decided to start my own business and founded Just In Time Cleaning Services. As a self-employed entrepreneur, I was determined to succeed and worked hard to build my business from the ground up.

In addition to running my business, I married Cameron Roberts, whom I met in Canada. I am a loving and devoted mother to Jhustin Legere, and I always made sure to put my family first.

Despite the challenges I faced as an immigrant and a business owner, I never lost sight of my goals. I worked tirelessly to grow my business and provide for my family. My dedication and hard work paid off, and I became a successful entrepreneur and a respected member of my community.

Looking back on my journey, I am proud of all that I had accomplished. I knew that my journey was far from over, but I was excited to see what the future held for me and my family.

I established a charity organization to enhance the quality of life of underprivileged communities in the Philippines through educational, health, and community development programs. The organization aims to provide sustainable and community-led solutions to tackle a broad spectrum of challenges faced by these communities.

The organization works closely with local organizations and partners to promote enduring outcomes. Long-term objectives include extending assistance to more communities and addressing the fundamental causes of poverty and inequality.

The organization raises funds through events such as billiard tournaments and barbecue outings and relies heavily on the generosity of fundraisers and volunteers. The organization acknowledges and celebrates the hard work of its volunteers, who serve as the foundation of the organization’s success.
